Once we have talked and you have decided to reserve a pup,you will be sent a signed contract. It can either be e-mailed or sent via regular mail. Once received,the client will fill it out and send it back via regular mail with the deposit. We do accept personal checks for deposits but not on the pay-off balance as they take too long to clear,possibly holding up the shipping of the pup. PLEASE remember to keep a copy for yourself as this is not only the receipt for your deposit,but the terms of the contract,pay-off balance and most importantly the hip/health guarantee on your future pup. A important notice to reserving our pups is Once we have spoken to you or conversed via e-mail and You state you want to reserve a Puppy,We will hold that position until you can get the deposit in. Unfortunately,This Grace period has been abused by a few people over the years so We must put a time limit on that Grace Period of 10 days. For payments,we accept personal checks(for deposits only) Bank checks, and money orders. Clients picking up in person must pay in cash.We also offer the use of PayPal. This is a great tool but we do have to charge the 3.0 % that PayPal charges us and it takes 3-4 business days to clear my account. This fee is higher if it is a International transfer so,please check on this first.We have provided a link below to calculate the amount you would need to send. If you decide this is the method of payment you would like to use,please click on the PayPal logo button below. Again, please do not send any funds without first speaking to Me! We do not sell to anyone without first speaking to them on the phone to get a general feel of what they are looking for in a dog/pup,what they will be using the dog for (companion, security, Schutzhund, breeding,etc,etc) how much experience you have with GSDs ,how the dog will be cared for,fed,housed,etc. We are fair about this but do understand,if we feel you are not right or that a workingline GSD isnt right for you,we will not sell a dog to you.This is a 12-14 yr commitment and we take whom we place our dogs with very seriously. Shipping -The cost for shipping a 8wk old pup ranges from 200-270.00,depending upon the airline used and size/weight of pup. There is also a 115.00 fee for the crate and Health Certificate. A health certificate is required for Interstate or International shipping and can only be issued by a Licensed Veterinarian. We do not normally charge for airport transport as we try to get all pups shipped out on the same day.If the client cannot receive the pup on that day and we have to make a seperate trip,we charge a 40.00 transport fee.
